ULPayment provides a payment automation software that helps businesses manage their financial operations more efficiently. Our Services include invoicing, billing management, and payment processing, as well as built-in API integrations for popular mobile financial services (MFS) and global payment options.
ULPayment offers different packages for users, which are subject to different fees. Users will be notified of any fees associated with their chosen package during the sign-up process. Users are responsible for paying any fees associated with their chosen package, as well as any additional fees or charges that may be incurred during their use of the Services.
The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ULPayment and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or included software, nor may they reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services or software.
ULPayment provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Services or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Services for any purpose.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services.
Individuals aged 18 years or older will be eligible for using our Services. ULPayment maintains a strict non-discrimination policy for use of ULPayment services. Any individual aged 18 years or older will be eligible for using ULPayment irrespective of cast, creed, faith, gender, nationality or any other individual identity.
You must provide correct and updated information to ULPayment for opening and maintaining your account. You need to input your valid National ID/ Birth Certificate information to opening your Account.
